Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of the site https://sinapsystems.com and the associated systems and platforms of Sinapsist S.A. de C.V. (for example, TicMap, Exhibitor Module), hereinafter "Platforms".

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the site and/or the Platforms, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the site or the Platforms.

2. Permitted use

• You agree to use the site and the Platforms lawfully, diligently and for authorized purposes.
• Prohibited uses include those that: (i) infringe third-party rights; (ii) distribute malicious code; (iii) attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data; (iv) interfere with the operation of the service.
• Where applicable, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out with your account.

3. Registration and accounts

Use of certain features may require registration. The information provided must be truthful, complete and up to date. Sinapsist S.A. de C.V. may suspend or cancel accounts in the event of breaches or security risks.

4. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, trade names, logos, interfaces, code and other elements of the site and the Platforms are the property of Sinapsist S.A. de C.V. or are used with authorization. No license or right is granted other than the limited use provided herein. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Third-party services and integrations

The site and/or the Platforms may integrate third-party services (for example, Google, Meta or payment gateways). Sinapsist S.A. de C.V. does not control such services and is not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

6. Privacy and personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice. In general, personal data is not shared with third parties, except with technology providers for operational purposes and, in the case of associated platforms or systems, under the specific contract in each case.

7. Availability, changes and maintenance

We may modify, update, suspend or terminate the site or the Platforms, in whole or in part, at any time. We will endeavor to notify relevant changes when reasonable. We may also carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sinapsist S.A. de C.V. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, profits or savings, arising from the use or inability to use the site or the Platforms. Our maximum aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the service directly related to the claim in the last 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Sinapsist S.A. de C.V., its officers and staff, against any third-party claim arising from your use of the site or the Platforms in breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
